I'm wondering if my thoughts on early veg in soil are on the right track or not.

I think that in a good fertile soil with a good PH and a grow that is dialed in, the only deficiency that might show up in the 1st couple of weeks is a Mg deficiency.
Chlorosis between the veins of the leaves is not often the 1st sign IMO. The 1st sign is often a dull leaf color. Another sign that may show are purple stems. Chatting with another member I suggested the reason for the Mg deficiency in early veg is not because there is a lack of Mg in the soil but that in early veg the root system has not developed a large enough root system yet to keep up with the demand for Mg.

Don't want to take much of your time, just wondering if I'm seeing it properly or not.

Another forum paradigm that just won't die - if things are wonky, gotta be a deficiency of Mg.

As long as you're supplying a balanced NPK and micros package with the secondaries of Ca and Mg you should be OK. Mg chlorosis only shows up as a pale yellow tissue on LOWER leaves first then works its way up if severe, which is usually rare. The veins will still be green.

Also, as mentioned a dozen times I dropped the high P foods long ago. (Vendors hype some foods as making for big buds/blooms.) As an aside, it's high P foods that contribute to the stretch, along with low light or course. High P foods can contribute to micros lockout, primarily Zn and Fe.

Less is more.

If he unbanned? no because he made a new account so technically his old acocunt isnt unbanned,

Ive been a little too busy lately to see why he was banned previously i believe being that it was a few years ago it was political issues, if hes not going to go into politics and start bsing back up its not really any difference than others who come back a few years later after being banned,it happens people change idk

1. The "new" Rolli banned me for my conservative views. Typical intolerant Twitter type censorship from the far left it twas. The "old" Rolli and I were good friends. He was open minded, accepted view points other than his own. We chatted often in the old days.

2. Every cannabis forum has a jerk who has stolen my old handle.

I really didn't mean to register here, actually thought I was at ICMag. That's what you have to look forward to when you get old - the "aw shit"s. Trust me, "the Golden Age" is bullshit. Take care of yourself which means a good diet, exercise, and having a good positive mental attitude.

If I do stick around here I have no plans to waste my time at your Politics forum. I doubt if anything has changed in 18 years at that place.

I was turtled twice for the same exact thing. Posted in Politics and was immediately attacked by everyone since I'm not a Democrat. It was sad to see the bias coming from a mod. I just stayed out of there after the second time. But now that he's gone I've poked my head in there a few times. It's still a shitshow, but at least Sunni moderates it way more fairly even if she has different views. Anyways welcome back man.

I didn't get banned but I got a really, really nasty message from Rolli about my conservative views. So much for the lie of "inclusive". THAT is the reason I had little to nothing to do with this site for about 2 years. It's not like there's not any other growing sites - not that I need them. I've been a member here for over 15 years, donated thousands of hours of my time to moderate and never even got so much as a "thank you". By my count it's strike 2 against RIU.

Problem is that without a dedicated forum it ends up splattered all over . It's easier to moderate this way . But as a former forum administrator (not here) IMO the political views of those who dole out the bans should be a moot point . Ban on behavior , not affiliation .

I haven't been here long and I'm not pointing fingers , just an experienced opinion .
