Who is your candidate and why?

When is your state going to deal with HC so that you can opt out of Obama's HC reform? My state plan to opt out starting in 2014. Looks like we are going to end up with a Single payer system that insures everyone in the State.

How is your state doing in that regard?
Our governor is literally interviewing for a position in the Obama administration, .....so yeah f#ck off on that respect

But Obama wants the States to Opt Out. That's the idea of the bill. The bill simply sets minimum standards that the state must meet in order to opt out. It's one big kick in the ass to these states that want to deal with HC on the State Level but haven't done anything in regards to it.

The States complaining the loudest are the ones that don't want to have to deal with the issue. Too bad.

And you guys support that. Just so long as you know.
We do? Who says? Just cuz we like RP doesn't mean we would have to support ALL of his ideas. You saying we support it doesn't make it true. Just because you want life to be recognized at conception DOES NOT MEAN ABORTION WILL BE ILLEGAL!!!! And his plan to make all pregnant mothers register with the state is an OUTRIGHT LIE!!

That's fine and RP can have whatever opinion he wants.

But the SCOTUS disagrees with the medical doctor and it is they that has the final say. Maybe the doctor should stick with Medicine. The Constitution is not his specialty. Those people are on the Supreme Court and they have spoken on the matter. That make Ron Paul's opinion Wrong.
Thats exactly what Ron Paul is saying, R vs W is unconstitutional because the federal government has no right to supersede the decisions of the individual state to decide for itself on these issues, though i personally want to have abortion as an option to contradict the principle that the Federal government has no jurisdiction or powers beyond those specifically dictated in the constitution would also contradict all the other points like the president not having the right to go to war without approval from congress, The federal government not being able to come into your state and take your pot plants, The Ferderal government mandating that you PURCHASE a health care product, etc etc etc

How would states be able to go back to restricting their citizens from crossing state lines for an abortion if they weren't required to register with the State when they do get pregnant?

Walk me through how you think states will be able to enforce these new laws? Are they going to require doctors to inform them when a woman is carrying? That seems to violate patient doctor privacy laws don't you think?

Come on, walk me through how it works. Mississippi bans all abortions and makes it a crime to cross state lines for an abortion. How do they apply that law? How do they enforce that law? Walk me through it.

And Ron Paul is Wrong. The Supreme Court has ruled. You and he may get over it. Neither of you are Constitutional scholars and you should just admit that.

Right there you are saying that no matter what I have to have health care. That infringes on my right to choose for myself, how can you tell me that I have to have health care and at the same time say we need the federal government to protect womens right to choose, well i dont think women are going to let anyone take away their right to vote no matter if the federal government offers any protection or not, so the very idea that women need to be coddled like they wont go out make for dam sure they keep their right to choose to abort or keep at the state federal or international level. And I need to be forced to buy something because its for my own good is BS and you are a hypocrite,

Why would people allow their state to restrict interstate travel? I find this assumption that their are plantation owners just chomping at the bit round up all their old slaves and get back to some real farmin comedic

Just so you know, you don't have to have a special degree from some college to understand every word of the Constitution for the United States. I don't know why you think its so hard to understand, we really do not need 9 other people to do all the thinking for the other 330 Million.

Because you will use the system when you need it regardless of having coverage or not. Pass a law that states no coverage no treatment and I'll support that. Until then, you bums better start paying for your own and stop sucking off the citizens in this country that do pay into a system that we cannot keep you from using for free.

Good luck getting a job on the SC without one! We do need those 9 people because you and Ron Paul would try to shove your false interpretation of it down peoples throats if we didn't have them. It's the law of the land. Respect it.

You will have to ask them. Those laws were on the books in states before RvW and will return the instant RvW is overturned.

So, how do they enforce those laws without having the knowledge of which woman is pregnant? Help me understand how they will gain that knowledge and enforce that law. I'm waiting.

I need to be on the Supreme Court to understand the Constitution? Really? So I assume you are dumbfounded as soon as you get into the Preamble? BTW There are plenty of Justices who never had a "Special Constitutional Law" degree, hell some of the justices didn't even have degrees in law. And not every one of them were previously judges either, nor attorneys. Hell some have never even served in any kind of public service.

Car insurance and health insurance are completely different. When a person drives a car they do it on government roads. Last time I checked government didn't create life. Plus I'm pretty sure that is a state requirement not a federal one

No but you do have to be on it to rule on the Constitution. Your opinion doesn't mean jack shit and you should just keep it to yourself because I don't care about your feelings on it. Don't take it personally. I don't care what Glenn Beck's opinions on it either. I only care about the opinions of those who this Nation trusts to make these rulings as their opinions are the only ones that matter including the Medical Doctor Ron Paul's.
