Why are my buds so small?

Looks like a classic nute burn; bugs are sometimes difficult to diagnose if you don't see any creepy crawlers & judging by the leaves that were touching the soil are so burnt it looks more likely to be nitrogen toxicity. Just flush- btw I hate this term flush- give them straight water for a couple weeks & cut off all the dead shit.
Use nutrients sparingly in soil grows or not at all. The best nutrients are the ones that are taken up through an amended soil as needed by the plant instead of being force fed from dissolved salts. Organic living soil- like fox farm happy frog - already contains much of what your plants need to a point; clean water is all that is needed almost until flowering. Once that point is reached you can either go with a bigger pot full of HF; then just add water- or start using nutes at low strength. Either way less is more- nutes provide more than they could possibly use so then the excess gets stored in your soil. Then when you feed again you are now giving wayyy too much. Always water with no nutes every other feeding to flush out( there's that term again) the excess nutes that the plants did not use up. I recommend learning about organic living soil & then you'll never need to "flush"', spend money on expensive nutrients, or worry about burn again.

how do i get rid of spider mites??

how do i get rid of spider mites??
Different insecticides. Azamax or whatever, there's tons of them.. clean the grow room, change into clean clothes and shoes before you walk in.. since you're already flowering I would use napkins and hand pick them off and throw them into bleach or something... Once this run is done clean everything several times with bleach, use preventative sprays and try not to get them again . Keep pets away

this is what your plant will look like in 2-4 wks. do what the big yella bird says and manually pick them off daily till harvest and treat the rest of your grow continuesly to you see nothing for months. dont spray pesticides on a plant with trics
