Why didnt this open up

Germinated 4 of my greenpoint seeds and one isn't opening up but it popped above ground. Think it'll eventually pop open?

The membrane inside the seed shell is still attached preventing the cotyledons from opening.
Mist it with water to soften the membrane and gently remove with a toothpick or tweezers.

You got ants in your pants. Relax and smoke a joint. Give it some time.

It might but is easily fixed. It looks like the seed came off so if isn't opening the seed membrane is likely still stuck on it. You can wait and see but if it were my plant I would very carefully take the membrane off. Just be very gentle and it should peel right off and the cotyledons should pop open.

It should.....there is a little skin that sometimes needs a little help to come off. Try gently with a tooth pick.

Dude thanks for the tip. I got the membrane off and it looks like its gonna pop open now

Thanks. Now I know. Can't wait for these purple punch crosses to be flourishing
