Why do Republicans suck?

I dont vote for the man or woman. I vote with the person with the platform and core values that I agree with or that they have exhibited over their political career. But in truth its like buying a used car. They read your reactions and tell you what you want to hear.
And how do you get this information over the last 50 years or so that Biden has been in office? It is not until recently that we really have had the ability to actually watch someone in office do basically anything they do in public, over and over again anytime that they want thanks to the internet.

I agree with how you vote being however the hell you want it to be, but right now it is important to understand that our nation is under attack. Continuously. And chances are really good that most of the information you think you know about these politicians is likely just a cherry picked narrative sold by right wing hate mongers in the hopes that they can keep their puppets in office long enough to not have to pay taxes before they die.

One minor nitpick is, "...core values that I agree with...", because technically that's not much of a metric. If you're a hardcore christian that personally objects to nontraditional lifestyles, that's totally fine, but is completely irrelevant when it comes time to vote. For example; I may personally dislike religion a great deal, but I support their rights to practice it and my votes will reflect that. I do it because doing what's right isn't always synonymous with things I agree with.

Heres that great Repubican Governor DeSantis, who is representing that Breeding ground for Death named Florida.
This is what the future nomination (after Trump) of the GOP for POTUS said about those dimwits in his fucked up state that are jeopardizing the entire fucking country by not getting a vaccination

"When somebody contracts a highly transmissible airborne virus, they're viewed as having done something wrong," he said. "And that's just not the way you do it when people come in, you treat them. Are you going to sit there and criticize, or are we going to try to treat, and try to help the folks? Nobody's trying to get ill here."

What a dumb fucking thing to say.

"It's not they're fault"?

Whose fault is it then? (Yours?)

Those idiots (DeSantis included) are putting OTHER LIVES IN DANGER!!!!!!

What the fuck is so hard to understand?

If I was a nurse & I knew that this waste of air in front of me was an anti-vaccer, I'd pull the plug/inject air into his IV (something like that)
and make room for someone that's not an idiot.

Pro tip: Those are meritless questions, so if you want to judge someone's character, try asking questions with a connection to morals.
Morals?! You think late-term abortion is morals? Rip them out of the womb and drive a needle through their brain. Then sell the tissue to?

More Losing? Trump Candidate Loses 2021 Primary, Rattling GOP

A Trump-backed candidate lost in a special election, shocking the GOP. Meanwhile, Trump was also ignored by 17 Republican Senators who voted for a deal he rallied against and the former president is now struggling to sell tickets for his tour with Bill O’Reilly. Political strategist Chai Komanduri joins MSNBC’s Ari Melber to discuss the demise of Trump’s control of the GOP.

Biographer Says Trump Is A ‘Nefarious Performance Artist’

Tim O’Brien, author of TrumpNation, says when Donald Trump was elected, people did not understand “the extent to which he is willing to corrupt everyone around him.” He tells Lawrence O’Donnell that willingness is on display in new notes released by the Department of Justice, where Donald Trump appears to be pressuring the acting Attorney General to falsely claim the results of the 2020 presidential election were “corrupt.”

Trump-backed Carey wins GOP nod in Ohio special election
The former president did a tele-rally for the Republican primary winner just before Tuesday's vote.

Mike Carey has won the Republican primary for a vacant House seat south of Columbus, vaulting to the top of a crowded special election field with support from former President Donald Trump.

Carey’s win affirms Trump’s ability to influence Republican primaries with endorsements even while out of office during the Biden administration. Trump advisers were eyeing the Ohio primary after Susan Wright, another Republican House candidate backed by the former president, lost her own special election for a district in Texas last week.

Carey had 36 percent of the vote to 14 percent for Bob Peterson, in second place, when the Associated Press called the race.

A former coal lobbyist who started his first run for office relatively unknown, Carey played into the former president’s support during his campaign, stating on his website that he would bring back “America first” policies. Carey ran on a fairly conventional Republican platform against congressional Democratic policies on spending, renewable energy, abortion and immigration.

Critically, Carey also labeled himself an “outsider” — like his most high-profile supporter.

Following the Texas defeat last week, Trump moved aggressively to prevent a second loss in as many weeks. The former president held a last-minute tele-rally for Carey Monday evening, his second such event for the candidate since July 20.

Meanwhile, a pro-Trump PAC spent more than $350,000 on digital campaign ads in just the last week. That sum was more than most of the candidates, Carey included, spent on their own campaigns by mid-July, when their last campaign spending disclosures before the primary were due.

However, Carey faced some obstacles, including attacks from several conservative PACs that poured hundreds of thousands of dollars into the campaign. With the special primary happening in the middle of summer, low turnout was expected, adding a big element of uncertainty to the race to go with the crowded, conservative field.

Former state Rep. Ron Hood, one of Carey’s Republican rivals, had support from Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul and outside groups affiliated with the libertarian-aligned senator. And former Republican Rep. Steve Stivers, who previously held the seat, spent heavily from his old campaign account to boost GOP state Rep. Jeff LaRe.

I was just helping you communicate, but if you want to argue abortion with me, then know that every state has some sort of third trimester legislation where that only happens in very extreme cases when it's life or death for the mother, so if you really want to have that conversation, I'm happy to do that, but start by acknowledging that your "late-term" language was inaccurate, then rephrase the question.

So what you are saying is that if some party likes to kill babies.? And you like them because they are going to make it green everywhere. Then it's okay to vote for them.

LOL! Yeah, I sure sound like one. I was brought up Republican. But yes both parties are liars and we could go on and on. Believe me! I will vote for a Democrat if he or she is on the right page. I'm really not a Republican. If the politics follows the Bill of Rights, Constitution, and the Ten Commandments. I will vote that direction.
There is just one "commandment" Obey it and you can't help but follow the rest. Treat others the way you want to be treated.
