I afraid he could write secret pocket pardons and nobody would know about them unless they were indicted or asked under oath if they had one. Donald never used the office of pardons and pardoned, crooks, cronies and celebrities for the most part. If he was writing them today at Mar logo on WH stationary with a pilfered sharpie, who's to know?

The constitution is rather vague about the pardon power, it's all up to the president, who they assumed would be a patriotic, honorable gentleman with personal integrity. Donald is a POS and is none of those things, he abused every trust and freedom that wealth, the law and society ever granted him.

We are monkeys with money and guns, the orange monkey could give out get out of jail free cards though. However anybody with a pardon over crimes involving a federal insurrection and coup, would have no 5th amendment rights and would be an open book for exclusively federal crimes. Anybody Trump gave a pardon to would have to testify against him in court, even if they were involved in his crimes. Their own pardons could be later challenged after the feds cleaned them out of info. None of this shit has been challenged in the SCOTUS, but after Trump they will be forced to set some parameters.

If ya waved a billion bucks in front of Donald's nose, he would write you a blanket pardon at Mar Logo tomorrow morning, for all federal crimes committed right up to Jan 20th 2020 @ 12 noon! Just wait a spell for the ink to dry real good before pulling it out.

i would just make it known that if you have a pardon from trump, you better come forward with it NOW, because after tomorrow, they will not be honored, as there is no proof they were written before he left office. they didn't go through the normal offices, the normal channels, so they aren't to be honored unless we know you have one NOW

You explain, what better system of governance do you propose? Or have you got over complaining yet? Reality itself is an illusion generated by your brain, make the best of it, ya go with what ya got, not what you want, assuming you actually know what that is.

I imagine this moron should have no problem with being elected, Sherman must have camped out in her district on his march through Georgia and they are still howling, she is their voice. What's funny about that statement is I hear far more democrats calling for republican deaths than Republicans publicly calling out for democrats deaths. Heck just look at this site..
