Why isn't my plant progressing?

Yeah I realised that, but now I have the problem that leaves are dieing and or getting yellow dots on them. As seen on the pics on page 2 at the bottom of the thread. I dont know what it is though? Maybe fertilizer( I havent watered with fert in like 1 week, cuz I want to flush them every so often) or it is because they are. Not exposed to light. I would be very gratefull if someone had an Idea and would share it here.

But when you water or feed, add 1/4 tsp of Epsom salt per gallon of water to correct your current issue. But, the leaves that have those spots will not recover. You should also foliar feed them with 1/4 tsp of Epsom salt per gallon of water to save as many leaves as you can, because it will take (5-7) days before the added Epsom salt you will add to your watering, is available to the plant!

Not trying to hijack this thread, but I noticed one of my seedlings going limp, the stem is just really skinny like it has gotten sucked it’s life out, leaves are healthy though. I’m pretty sure it was the heat from the sun that made it fall over, now I’m just figuring if I should keep it or throw it away lol

And my water has plenty of calcium already

Epsom salt is found in the pharmacy area of nearly every grocery in America

It isn't a garden product

Just be sure it is unscented
