Yes they do.. They throw out same quality gear . it"s not their fault that competition is weak lame and bad, so that they are only legit/good/dope auto breeder,so they can't meet demand with their supply.. and for some reasons they can't/wont step up to mass production.. I saw your grows here and on afn and I have respect for you, but wtf do you think they ovn you anything? (Their situation isnt compareable to anyone in PP market,and still anyone with great genetics in PP world just put hes prices up in sky,and still nobody says something...Imagine if meph put 20$ seed with no freebie?? )) Did you helped them anyway build their brand,sent them support money or anything else??? Yeah I admit that situation around them and their seeds is fcked up, but it is what it is.. I'm no fanboy of anything that much that I'l be acting idiot and hang 24h on their site just to score some beans.

AfN sake,lets just say that under that happy smiled we are all kudos friends,lies totally different face.. But still great place to hang..

On one hand you say yes they do have good customer service and again the next you say the situation around them and their seeds is fucked up. Which is it? When you offer no stable products and only drop limited amounts of new products after months of dangling them like carrots in front of a rabbit, it's just to collect to $$$ they make good genetics but not for loving the scene, just to get the money. Each their own opinion, but that's mine.

Please quote me where did I say they have great customer service.And what do you mean by customer service?? For Me CS is when I dont get my seeds,where there is bad germ ratio, or there is a hickup with paying or I dont know.. But only bitching and moaning to customer service from people like you was about not be available to buy seeds..What kind of lame ass millennians fckry is that?? woooooW imagine that somebody is selling seeds to earn money? WTF you say? no? I cant belive.. You people acting like some ex boy who got hes ex girls unvirgined, and now she is fckn with everybody but he is crying while saying what about me?? meeee!!! One more thing, YOu said you have 300 seeds.. I dont know how big tent you have but dude if you do 6 seeds a grow, you grow cca 70days, you can pull 5 harvest a year.. So you good for next 10 years... And one more thing , you can grow, why dont you make your own meph crosses???? I'm buying seeeds from dude that did that...

You have it on point. I don't have an issue with not getting seeds. I have plenty. But im not a fan boy. I spent over $1,300 and am still able to admit that they are not a honest caring company. It's usually someone like me that would defend them, but im not biased or a fan boy.

I think Matty and axis are confused about what customer service is as opposed to business logistics and practices. They seem to think that Meph getting hugely popular and in high demand over the past couple years and not wildly increasing their production levels is a customer service problem. That's not customer service, that's supply and demand. I had a look over the AFN thread and its mostly just complaints about the store not being open enough and not having stock of the strains they wanted and feelings that the reps didn't jump through hoops to satisfy every single question or petty complaint thrown at them about the store and stock. And they shut down that thread because of people with petty complaints like that. they've even explained why the operate the way they do, which I haven't seen anywhere else do. Sounds likely Matty didn't get exactly what he wanted once or twice and has some sour grapes? I dunno why he's so riled up, OP was just trying to figure out when and where to find their beans lol.

Actually Customer service and business practices go hand in hand. They both are involving the customers and business relationships directly. Also, again please look at my seed stock. There has been nothing i have not wanted that i couldn't get XD. I even got Illuminauto #1 SODK x Fantasmo express in 18' even though it was relesed 1 time in 15'. Had to track it down, but i got it. Aside from these 1x f1s that you get as dreebies i have almost EVERY F4 to F8 they have sold except extict strains they dont make anymore from before i started buying. What am i salty about?

Yup. Fortunately I have a good selection ,,,not quite as much as you but I hesitate to say a number as apparently that may affect the relevancy of my posts/opinion. IMHO it wasn't the customer complaints that killed the MG customer service thread on AFN,,,it's the blind faithful that felt the need to speak for Mephisto and nothing could be resolved,,,happened to me.

I hope they can figure out how to increase their production without sacrificing their quality. I have limited grow space, I rely on their quality, but I also rely on being able to obtain seeds. I don't mind having to plan ahead and buy my seeds when they have them rather than when I need them, as long as I have a chance of actually getting some when they become available. And I echo the sentiment of whoever mentioned that it would be great if they could keep larger stock of their core strains. The new stuff is nice, but at this point predictable outcomes are equally important.

I have to imagine they are working on this.

I see now.. You are hurt because it turned out they are not what you wanted to be.. Grower caring , i dont know what else kind of company like they were in begining, I'm maybe a shitty grower, but I discover mephisto in 15, while mitch still wasnt in spain,yes that company had diferent feeling vs right now, but hell like i said they overgrow them self.. I see that stuff a lot in food delivering buisness , they start strong, with quality food and stuff they use for cooking, but when they blow up,they don't invest in business and quality and time of service goes bad and they have opposite effect than they wanted and get bankrupt. .

Sorry My dude but that is life,car industry started as bunch of enthusiastic people ,now is pure buisness like bunch of other things,including selling seeds..
I get your point (sort of), but these are just things that we must accept.. like I said you got green thumbs, try to make your ovn meph crosses..who knows maybe you get hooked and start a company.

Just going to say I've yet to hear an actual example of bad customer customer service from anyone, and refusing to discuss your specific problems on an anonymous forum screams bad actors to me. And again...this thread was just a question by the OP where to find Mephisto seeds, no one asked for your customer service history before you guys decided to hijack the thread and scare him off...I think everything else has already been said by CikaBika and the mods back on AFN that you guys seemed to have helped shut down lol...:wall:

No one asked before but now you MUST know what my history is??? Why don't you go on the Mephisto site and send them a question via the customer service link and let us know when they respond,don't hold your breath. Now imagine if you had an issue. Happy now snowflakes or do you need more info?????
