Will this work?

The cabinet is sealed, except for floor hole for cool air. 250w light generates a lot of heat once it's behind the filter. So since I have a long distance 9' of tube with quite a change in direction, should I use two fans configured like that? Or just one at the end where the scrubber is? I'm thinking two to get the air hot air out and the 2nd to push it through the filter (within cfm specs of course).

Thank you in advance grow experts!

Something like this would be better as you need to suck through a filter and generally do not push unless you have a filter that works both ways.

I checked with the can fan website and their filters work both ways. I just want to make sure it's ok to have two fans like that inline. Because bends and turns in the duct reduce airflow, right? So I'd need two to get it down to the filter I think. I can't have the filter in the cabinet, cause it's not tall enough and would require serious modification to accept.

Bump for question about having two fans inline to the filter. The filter is rated for either direction, but recommends suck instead of blow through it. I have no choice, must push dirty air through filter into clean room. So will having 2 fans like that in the diagram in the original post work?

how big is your box?
you should be fine with anythin up to decent size cabgrow with that much output, will keep the cab negativley pressurised to witch is great for airmovement!
