Strain is Blue dream just a bag seed, Soil is FFOF never have problems with this soil despite what a lot of people say. Has been moved around due to me having to build a new stealth box (security issues) Light schedule was 24/7 at first then it changed to about 10 hours of dark cause of hiding back and forth to different rooms... When theyre awake I use a spliter and socket adapter and 2 100w CFLs plugged into the wall and they sit under them in my room... She's about 25 days (from germination) old I water whenever I feel the soil is dry, last time I watered (8 days ago) I gave a really light feed (first feed) consisting of; 3ml/gal Root booster 1-1-1 2.5ml/gal Diamond Black 0-0-1 and 1ml/gal Bio Weed 0.2-0-0.3 schedule on the box says 10ml of root booster 2.5-5ml of bio weed and 5-10ml of diamond black. I keep the light REALLY close to the tops bout an inch but its never over 75*F and I keep a fan on them constantly while the light is on. This is the only one, out of 2, showing these "rusty edges".
The leaf to the left of the rusty edge leaf has what it appears to be burnt tips. The rusty edges sound like they're crispy when I touch them. Also this is only on the top 2 sets of "true leaves".

What's your ? You already listed the possibilities. Nobody can give you an exact answer as to which without knowing things like temp rh how much air flow and your lighting... raise your lights and turn down your fan

I gave my lighting and temps and the fan is just a 6" clip on fan from walkway doesn't have cfm rating on the box -.-

Know your ph? A tiny fan like that shouldn't cause any burn. Since temps and everything is fine its either a deficiency or your ph is off.. calcium and potassium can cause edges to turn up and be burnt. Magnesium makes the spaces between veins yellow. So read up on that perhaps...due to twisting and funky leaves I would lean towards ph issues...but I'm no expert

Seems like nute burn to me..
Feed her water with no nutes and see if she makes a recovery?

Heavy flush, test the initial run off water and tell us what the ppm and ph are coming out of the bottom of your container.
If you don't have a ppm and ph meter, get them immediately.. they can both be purchased for around 45 dollars each.. Hanna makes a couple of decent ones..the PPM meter is blue and the PH meter is Red

That's FFOF? Seems really barky but maybe that's just me.

Onto your question: Nute burn, hands down, no question, and it's locking out other shit. Fix it now.

It's Blue Dream bro, it's not a plant that you should be pouring a bunch of additives and shit into the soil ESPECIALLY when the soil is already hot enough. STOP putting ANYTHING into the soil, and flush the bitch with water, at least the volume of the container to cool things off a bit.

On another note, your post sounds like you're hiding this from your parents. If so, the moving around is probably stressing the shit out of your plant.

I just had the same problem using gh black diomond the problem is that humic acid is highly on the alkaline side so if u don't balance it with some fulvic or somthin acidic it will cause ur ph to go well over8.0 so basically u have a ph imbalance causing a nutrient lockout flush with water that has a ph of around 6-6.5 and within a week you will see the new growth will be healthy also u can foliar feed with a lite base nutrient with a ph of 6-7 witch will help the plant eat till u get the soil ph dropped

Thanks for the links ill have to wait till payday. but I have the ph tester with the drops. I did my run off and it was a little low. close to 5. Any tips on how to keep the soil ph balanced? I've never had a problem with my first grow, but I also never used additives either. just straight tap water and distilled most of the time.

Watered yesterday with filtered tap water, came to check on it today and she looked twice as bad as yesterday. Leaves sagging and curling more and making it's way to the new growth. run off ph was kinda low.. 5ish seems to me PH balancing in the soil is my problem. No idea on how to keep it balanced right..

your mix is too hot for this particular plant. A low PH like that coming out of the runoff indicates a high level of concentrated nutrients in the soil.. IME Flush the hell out of it with plain tap water. It may be your only chance to save it... Flush until the run off comes out at least at 7.0 - 7.5 ..I may be giving bad advice, but its what I would do. The lower leaves look ok, so thats teling me your newer roots cant handle dipping into the hot mix. Flush the holy hell out of it immediately and hope your drainage is good enough. Maybe xplant into a smart pot as well...

I used nutirents once and it was a very light feed. But ill go ahead and not use anymore
The nutes you added dropped your ph WAY too low. FFOF already has enough nutes for like the first 4-7 weeks of a plant's life. Also, the stuff you added was unnecessary during seedling veg stage. That soil is usually ph-ed perfectly to like 6.3-6.5. If you're down to 5, you're in trouble.

It could be pH flux, which causes burning like you're seeing. Ideally you want a consistent pH, big swings in levels will cause problems.

Flush with pH 5.9 to 6.1 adjusted water, if its much higher it will just shock the plant and compound the problem.
