Wondering about this medium and nutes...

Hey guys, I am wondering if this medium is okay. It doesn't have any labeled nutrients but says good for starting seeds and works great with pea pots.

Also, I have this MG nute pack that is all purpose plant food. On back says 12-4-8 for the nutes. Just wondering if this is okay. I only have a little in the bottle so I will have to purchase more soon.
