wondering if i should restart my grow..

So i had to leave for an unplanned vacation for 4 days, i think it would be day 12-16 of my grow. I was worried about the CFL height so i raised them to about 7 inches away from my plants, gave them a bit of an over water and headed out. Came back today and the room was really hot, and there was a couple bugs coming off of one plant. This is what i came back to. I have been following a book and i know these are major mistakes, wondering if i should start new with my other seeds or keep going with these ones. Thanks!

they will be fine new growth looks good just keep taking care of them

That plant is more than capable of growing... Your problem was that it was cold in it's early stages. Warm it up a little.. Put it under glass for a few days. Make it humid.. It will take off

Just keep growing Dude they look good they are a hardy plant and can with stand this shit they will come back with some TLC

Soil looks way too wet. What you're seeing is most likely "damping off." Let the soil dry out completely between waterings and you won't have a problem with bugs.

she looks hungry, feed 1/8 recommended on the bottle see if it helps

how wet is soil? how hot was it? what strain are they? I would trim yellow leafs off of it they will be stunted for a bit but will grow

It does look pretty wet but I wouldn't let the soil dry out completely you can really hurt the plant especially at that age, just water when the pot feels fairly light in weight
