how about this?:wall: how big do your "friends" let their clones veg prior to flower?

ANYONE? this is strictly clones..i'm doing an essay at school:wink:
My friends eat nuts, berries and carrion. They also have hide in the woods making strange yowling sounds when aroused.

You might try the indoor growing section here for the info. you seek.

Oh look, road kill. Yum.

TBH its totally dependant on the way each person has their grow set up, people veg to different heights for different reasons/different growing systems

Also different strains veg at different rates and even the light you use to veg with can alter the rate at which they grow

Fuck no, that would be a stupid law. Canada did a registration that cost their taxpayers millions, and then they did away with it after a number of years, because they said it made little impact on crime or violence.

The federal gov. needs to try and spend LESS money, not blow it on ridiculous measures that don't help anybody.

Not unless you have a fire-arms licence, police background and criminal record check, are signed into the range by a current range member with a firearms licence and have been approved by that range to use that particular weapon on their range by one of their ranges instructors.

Either that or you have to be having a lesson with an instructor which generally you can only do by becoming a member of the range and then the range does their own checks with the police on you when you supply your ID at membership sign up.

Also in the UK you are only allowed shotguns or rifles ( no magazines allowed at all) and only if you can prove to the local police that you need it (i.e. pest control if you live on a farm) and then THEY will tell YOU what calibre and type of weapon they will allow you to own.

Also you can shoot pistols at the range (mainly revolvers or semi-auto pistols converted to single shot ) all semi-auto n fully auto weapons are completely illegal in the UK except for police/government departments etc
Wow, your laws are worse than ours.

My question to you would be, if 99% of the guns in the US are sold without any sort of records...

How would an optional database to register guns that in theory "dont exist" do anything other than create more wasteful Govt spending?
That isn't true though.

Most gun sales originated in a gun shop.

The secondary market is huge. But these could easily be registered. And they are legal.

Illegal gun sales are common, but a very small percentage.

For this registration, all one need do is upload a photo copy of the bill of sale. The buyer acknowledges it, and assumes registration.

For which they do a federal back ground check which is supposed to be deleted within a certain timeframe.

Does your brain work at all?

would you support a law where you had to register and title all of your vehicles and give the government all your information and even have to be forced to pay insurance in case you accidentally kill someone?!
