Pigeons have weird physiology. When I was a kid, I shot one with a bb gun, in one eye & out the other.
Still had to chase that blind fucker to finish him off.

I used to keep a couple of pigeons. Used to let them fly around outside for 20-30 minutes and then I'd take them back inside. They knew where food and shelter was.
