Yellowing tops, slow growth small leaves

I’ve had a problem with my water softener and sodium poisoning. What do you guys think will help these girls? I just got regular water and the soil ppm is 800. Ph is at 6.5 since yesterday. I can really flush because I don’t have enough water. Do you think they will come back?

They look hungry to me, might need more information for others to better diagnose it. It could be the salt buildup caused nute lockout. Have you flushed to help with the salt buildup? Im only on my second grow so im not too well experienced, but id say flush then feed. Give more information on grow and feeding cycles and im sure someone more knowledgeable can help. Good luck!
