@ home with the wife and dog eating lots of small things, quantity speaking, and with lots of flavor.
I dont get the munchies for hunger, as we all know, but I find that if I make something with hot sauce or alot of spices I dont eat alot of it. I have a bottle of Sriracha (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sriracha_sauce) and put that one cheese or on crackers I dont eat as much but I get the sensation on my tongue.

I am baked and rambling but get me with a good movie and a bag of those little Kit-Kats or Reeses PB Cups, man I gain 4 pounds on those nights.

  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 red onion, finely chopped (optional)
  • 1 (14 ounce) jar pizza sauce 1-2 tbsp's mustard (optional)
