    2011 New England Adventures

Do you put fence around them? Something I have noticed is that not many people 'pinch' their plants, at least from what I've read in here, OR they confuse pinching w/ topping. You can almost double your yeild from 'pinching'.

    Problem With Growth Outdoors.

Ya allow them to "harden". Often you will notice a vegging growth spurt and then a rooting growth spurt, then once they reach the 16-18 inch mark they should start taking off like crazy. Don't forget to "pinch" them for max benefit.

Its getting close to that time...

How do you plan on growing? Bags, holes, etc? I recommend using pro mix in holes with amendments like bat guano, triple phosphate, blood meal and bone meal for fertilizer. Then use soil moist with vermiculite and pearlite for water retention and drainage.

if you dig holes and amend your soil well you should get away with watering every few weeks, if it doesn't rain you will need to go out more often. Keep your stuff as far from buildings as possible, don't underestimate the scent of a budding plant. If it is humid in late summer where you are...
