What size pot should I run through veg?

Room size is about 3.5'X4'. Final pot size I believe is either 2 or 3 gallon. My soil mix is about 1:1:.5, sunshine mix, coco choir, and worm castings. It's an aircooled hydrofarm hood. The strain is supposed to be a cross of white widow and Jack herer.

It would be impossible to have a high yield at the end, or even take them apart sucessfully. The roots are going to tangle together and will not come apart with out being cut, and than how are you going to get them far apart enough so they can bush out properly for the end of their life?
