So I just cam to check my plants and I noticed that there is like crystals in the soil. Like if someone mixed salt with the soil it wasn't there yesterday I been vegin for almost 2months and im using miracle grow organic soil.. sorry cant upload pics. What can it be any advice would help thanks.

Nitrogen or underwatering I was having the same problem you can still give them nitrogen just once. Like a nitrogen shock it helped my plants..

From experience do NOT put them straight in the sun, your leafs will burn and just get to much stress. I waited about two months on my second grow to put them outside and yes slowly give them sun and you can stop giving them light. Oh and put a fan on them so they can get strong and wont bent or...

Just LST it, if you dont feel comfortable cutting the top just tie her down like cruzer101 said. When the side branches start growing you can get your clone just be carefull not to snap the main head or your yield can be low.
