Guns & Gun Violence

If you go a while without getting anything on your record after a felony you can request from a judge to have your record expunged.
Depends on state.
It can legally be done federally. But they haven't funded that department for over 20 years.

If a person is too dangerous to own a firearm. They should not of been released from there
Completely depends on the crime they committed.

In jail for 10 years for selling dope? I can see how they should be allow to own a gun.
In jail for 15-20 years for 2nd degree murder? Yea... no gun for you!

What? Fact check on that one mate. We've had one mass killing spree. And that's one too many. How you guys can even fathom that 300 million people walking around with guns is the answer... Epic fail on logic there. If you guys didn't learn from Sandy Hook, you'll never learn if you ask me.
Violent crime and gun crime are not the same. One idiot with a gun or bomb is no deadlier than n idiots with knives or clubs.
Also, when there are few restrictions against armed carry, violent crime (total, not just gun-related) goes down.
No need to fathom or logick or otherwise engage in jazz hands; facts speak for themselves when not espaliered into lies by statisticians with an agenda.

But as an outlier you'll know I'm preaching to the choir about that!

Do you even know what happened with sand hook? It was a mental health disaster with the son killing his mother to get her gun.

Nothing wrong with a mind of a boy that could kill his mother....

Really?

And it's illegal to prostitute ones self. Don't see either ending anytime soon.

Do you believe that it is a just law?
I don't think a 4473 is just.
If you can't have a firearm you should be locked up
I'm pointing out to anyone here advocating fir gun control. They are probably prohibited by law from owning one

And I've been to E. St Louis and been attacked and punched for no reason (plus bonus points) called a Cracker/honkey/creamy mother fucker - etc...
Your point?

More importantly, what's your point?
I was quoting your post below where you make it sound as if your flavor of racism is worse than any other. I contend it is not and that it is unacceptable in any form.

When your black, you're not afforded that same level of empathy. You're just labeled a "thug", which we all know is code.

Yes it is. My flavor is much worse. My flavor is institutionalized. Your flavor is a couple of black dudes that you're afraid of. See the difference?

Why were you in E. St. Louis?
I worked there for 4 years - drove through/worked in E. St. Louis 5-6 days a week.

Bullshit - I lived there for as long as I could take the stress & no more.
So people hating you for the color of your skin is different for you than it is for everyone else?
That sounds much like a persecution complex.

You do know there are black cops in St. Louis & shit works both ways, right?

Do you understand the concept of institutionalized racism? Because I don't think that you do.
