Well, I finally got my plants transfered to a larger container. The plants look a little stressed but I think will be fine. I used a 10 gallon rubbermaid roughneck with three 18" air wands, very consistent air from end to end. I'm using a single and a double output pump to give much air! Its a mixed lid with 3 fitted for the areogarden nets or a 5" net pot.

My new seeds on the way and are going in the 5" pots. The autos should be ready to be pulled about the time to start flowering the new girls. I'm working on a bracket to hold the areogarden lights, I'll keep ya posted. I've cannibalized the poor thing, but its spirit lives on. I learned so much from that little thing.

There still looking good. You can use the HID 2 to 3 weeks from now and it will still be fine. Just try to get reflective material on the open side.

hey man, am currently growing some of my own auto AK at the minute, what day from breaking the soil are they? your an angry man wackymack, but if you go to a camping store and look for the foil thermal blankets you can use them as reflective material

Good idea on the thermal blanket. I'll have to pick one up like the cheap bastid that I am. :leaf:

Can anybody tell me what is wrong with my plants? I'm thinking it is just stress from the move but I want to give a few people a chance to look and comment and tell me if I'm wrong. I'll post in the sick plants forum if things begin to get worse.

Thanks In Advance!

No nutes yet, but will replace the foil to see if they improve. The pH in the new tub was a little high when I made the transfer. I've just now got it to the right level. That should improve things I'm sure.

dont put anymore alum foil on them. the ph fluctuation couldve been the problem, just keep your eye on them to see if they improve

I'm using distilled water. 6.5 was as high as it got and I slowing lowered it to 5.6. They are looking alot better now. Although I looked at the roots today and they have a red tint to them. I think it is just some of the dust from the hydroton rocks that I didn't rinse off good enough. I'll keep an eye on that. I don't want to get root rot. :wall:

Got my beans today! A haze and the church went in today, both fem! Oh, and hittn' the chronic. :bigjoint:

A update and a couple of pictures of the gang. They are looking really good since the move. They are loving the room. I ran the light on 21/3 for a few days after the move but now I'm back to 24/7 for 2 days now. I'm gonna run the light this way until the non-autos get about 6"-8" tall. Anyone think this will stress either the autos or non-autos?

I've got a fem gigabud that has just sprouted out of the hydroton. I used memory foam to start it in. It is a bit too dense but obviously works. I wouldn't suggest using anything that dense. The G13 Haze and The Church that I put in the other 2 pots Monday I were with a 1" cube from a wally-world carwash sponge because I forgot to order some rockwool.

...again I'm a cheap bastid!
