Barney's Farm has discontinued Grape Ape so it would be great if you would clone the phenos you have for our local gene pool
If Mass would get its head out of it's tail this could be an interesting business for someone (and revenue for the state). Breeding and selling juvenile plants shouldn't fall under the same regs as growing flower or making extracts/concentrates. We couldn't even do this as a coop or club, let alone as a part time job.

I guess you could maintain a mother as long as you stayed in your plant count, but then you could only give away cuttings with or without roots as long as you stay within plant count and leaf weight (wet) wile xporting.

Yeah, yeah, I know, but some of us try to follow the silly rules.

In the mean time, I'll stick to seeds and the occasional perpetual clone. At least I won't get bugs. :(

Btw, has anyone used a tissue culture kit like http://planttc.com/products.html?page=shop.browse&category_id=7?

Note to self ... when topping small, delicate plants, take them out of the damn tent and put them on a table so you don't screw up by not noticing you're about to cut off a leaf along with the top.

Day 27 plant 4 lopsided top.jpg

(fortunately the node is safe).

I am currently right at 12 plants so I cant clone any more until this flower cycle is done. I am pruning the mother to keep it small enough to be manageable and tossing the cuts in the trash right now. It really seems like a waste.

Pretty sure it's 12 total, 6 can be flowering. There's a bill to change those numbers to half that's trying to get passed.

Here is the section of the law as it stands now:

(2) within the person’s primary residence, possessing up to 10 ounces of marijuana and any marijuana produced by marijuana plants cultivated on the premises and possessing, cultivating or processing not more than 6 marijuana plants for personal use so long as not more than 12 plants are cultivated on the premises at once; - See more at: https://www.regulatemassachusetts.org/full-initiative-text/#sthash.1FKvbxot.dpuf
So it's 12 total (if you have 2 adults living in your home). No mention of flowering anywhere in the law.

The new proposal is a kill bill. It states you can have 6 plants, 3 of which can be flowering, but at no point can you have more than 2 oz of marijuana in your home. It doesn't exclude any part of the plant from the weight, and doesn't specify wet or dry. You could be busted for wet leaf weight long before you have a single flower.

The new head of the policy committee won't let that happen. There may be some changes but fortunately Senator Lewis lost his bid to chair the policy committee to Senator Jehlen ... who was pro Q4

Thank you for paying attention. Anything else we should know on that front? (Also, would you think a building with three separate apartments and a shared basement count as "3 households"?)

First time growing anything green. My white widow auto is the runt of the litter at 23" and 6 weeks old. My tallest is a northern light auto at 40" same age.

I starved all of them after 4 weeks so they may yet die. Going with a Coco instead of soil next time and following a strict nute schedule.

I have 1 w widow auto, 3 n lights autos and 3 photos. The photos are 7 weeks old. They were supposed to be autos so I am not gonna trust that they are sour d. Only using seeds from a reliable bank next time.

Switching to 12/12 tonight so I can end this grow ASAP. Moved one n lights and the WW to my new veg tent with a ghetto full spectrum COB so they can stay on 20/4. They were the only 2 that would fit while in flower. Training for sure next time.
hi chris! My auto white widow baby (graciously gifted to me from Be4MeLiz) is 11 days old, my first REAL grow (dont ask)...and first auto.

Cloning Autos isn't useful ... the clone will be at whatever stage of development the mother was. That said, has anyone heard anything about treating one to get feminized seeds? That might be workable.

If it's feasible, I could donate a Dutch Passion Blackberry Kush Auto seed as a seed bank

All my autos are fem. From what I have read Collodial silver works on them too but it is best to plant many and use the two best.

We've talked about this before, but if anyone in the greater Boston area would like to get together in the near future for a burger and a beer and maybe talk about how we can support each other, PM me. Really anyone is welcome, just thinking about logistics and geography for this first meetup.
