Not that I'm particularly religious but to forgive is part of healing. Forgiveness is for the benefit of the harmed. They can forgive whether the perp (I won't write his name) understands their deed or not. But forgiveness has to be given to be a healing power and not forced. Most but not all of the people affected by the Charleston shooter forgave the perp. It's about moving on and being ready to do so. The grace of those people are amazing.

And yeah, I haven't forgiven him even though I'm just a bystander. Again, the grace of the people who forgave him is amazing to me. But that forgiveness is helping them, not the shooter. The shooter hasn't shown any remorse. He's still burning inside. I hope he chokes on it.
I feel exactly as you do. I might forgive him the day after he faces a firing squad.

And I'm against the death penalty...

fuck Dylan roof and your flailing, failing identity politics. he was not a Christian. the people he murdered were christians.
Lutherans call themselves Christians unless something has changed quite radically.

Aren't Republicans a political identity? Aren't white supremacists a group that can be called an identity in politics? Bannon and Trump must think so.

Odd that you seem to think there is something wrong with people acting together to enact political change. But then again, you are a Republican who defends the status quo and sucks Trump's cock. I guess you would resent any other group coming together to oppose the status quo where the 1% control more wealth than anybody else.

It's amazing how hard they work to protect those who would impoverish them and their children.

@Lucky Luke I responded to your post with Aussie tax rates on the last page.

What's the situation with tax deductions there?

Deductions are a huge mess here, they tend to be very regressive- as in the poorer people are, the less they tend to qualify for them.
Im not sure of the deductions or how they work in America.

Deductions here are numerous and seem to be more each year. Having your taxs done is of cause tax deductible. % of home electricity is (have to wash work clothes) as is a % of internet, home and mobile. Any work clothes, safety equipment such as sunglasses and sunscreen etc are fully deductible as are lap tops (for schooling-kids in school even or work), mag subscriptions that relate to work. % of car running costs as used for a % for work.Even though medication here is heavily tax subsidized if you spend over a certain amount on medications a year then it is also tax deductible. Kids are also tax deductible using the Family Tax benefits parts A and B.
Kids now use tablets in school (in grade 6 in one school in my town, amazing) so they are fully tax deductible

Most people in the middle brackets can normally get under the tax bracket they would normally be on, thus getting a nice tax refund every year. With my deductions are preference for cash...I have been sneaking under the $18200 threshold. I dont think i will this year..

Being a sole trader i get a large number of deductions including an entrepreneurial rebate of 1k.

Im not an accountant and im not qualified to speak on the tax laws Suffice to say if your an employee you should get a return back every year ranging up from $600.

So there's a lot that can be charged against the national rates quoted in your post. That seems very reasonable for low and middle income citizens, and of course the rich and businesses get to take them as well.

It's too bad America can't be as straight forward with our taxes.

LOL

You are really going to call me a communist? How archaic.

Face it, you are a status quo Republican. About the worst thing anybody can be called. And its true.
so let me get this straight. all I have to do is explain the obvious reasons that the U.S. quarter should be a 25 dollar coin so we can have money from title 31 legitimately compete with title 12 legal tender and that the poor and middle class should not pay a penny of income tax until the economy trickles UP to correct all the manipulation.....

yes folks, just run of the mill Republican shit you see on fox all day.

you on the other hand? classic neo-marxist "liberal" that should have been mccarthy'd who uses identity politics and wealth redistribution mixed with emo liberation theology and math that has no parameters in reality.

Give up the explaining thing. You aren't up to the task. Explain it to your daughter. She has reason to tolerate you.

And so, you even support blacklists to silence the opposition. Your condition is getting worse every day. I suppose the hanging tree is next for me.

LOL you're a bona fide idiot. Any homeowner in Colorado who's been able to hang onto their house for the last 3 years isn't paying PMI anymore because of how much housing prices have risen.

But you live in a trailer and therefore have no clue about that, much like almost everything else you say on financial matters.

I might take your advice on collectible pennies... No I wouldn't.

i wasn't even gonna tell him either. was just gonna let him keep failing and preaching his sage economic advice about home ownership from the cozy confines of his trailer.

I almost lost my ass on a home I "owned" for 10 years. Wanted to sell and move to the west coast. It was worth less than I owed and all said I would have to finance the fee's and difference to "save my credit".....that I would be stuck. Everyone seemed to forget I could just walk away and leave it....now the government owns it, which is according to the plan imo.
