...and I'd bet $10000 this difference doesn't have blacks on top of your mental "abilities" listI have steadfastly maintained everyone should be treated morally equal, though we are not all equal in our capacities, we are all equal in our heart and soul.
usually people with overt superiority complexes actually feel individually deficient and require associating themselves with the attributes of the larger group
This premise that groups of people have different intelligent abilities is put forth and parroted by those with a racial agenda in hiring for jobs and by design have a built in excuse to justify discriminating...
I fail to see how could this bias can't possibly avoid affecting employment and economic opportunity
or have we just uncovered the circular argument and cause for why minorities lag behind in the 1st place:
this is a self fulling argument: discriminatory thinking is exactly why minorities aren't equal, yet these same racist fail to see the cause and effect of their own bias then point to the results therein as proof....
...and you think that somehow this bias hasn't affected employment opportunities in a broader context? somehow people that hire workers for higher paying skilled jobs can put aside this bias or pre-concieved notions and hire equally?
....or is it that this line of thinking is the real cause for the economic disparity in the 1st place? this is a argument that provides its own narrow set of variables and has skewed the results...
