I'd like to see our presidential election become more like american idol. We could start with 100 candidates, ask each a question and vote a few off every week. When we got down to the final two, we could pick 10 or so questions to ask each and then have our national vote. People would actually be voting on what these people claim to stand for instead of just the letter behind the name.

the cease fire was contingent on numerous concessions from saddam and iraq, NONE of which were honored.

hostilities should have resumed immediately when the deal was broken, and in fact iraq never stopped firing at coalition aircraft in the agreed upon patrol zones.
