Serious Seeds AK47

Subbed if you don't mind?
I grew this strain in the late 90s and it made me some serious (lol) cash.
I've been popping hundreds of Those old seeds the last two years with zero germ until recently when I got three fems.
Ill clone them until I find a male.
I'm interested in your grow because I've heard rumor he's got the genetics back in check.
My favorite strain of all time!

Morgwar brother man!!! I'm stoked for you!!! Lmk how Seedmans bank is, i was always wondered about ordering from them. I tend to always order from AliBongo. I did order GG#1 due to the very cheap price, from AWB out in AZ but I'm now very concerned as there are a few comments the "fem seeds" offered are being full blown males

Simon over at seedsman has always done right by me. Original breeders packs for full orders or good packaging for singles. Quick turn around for overseas. About 10 days is the fastest he's gotten em here. I've been ordering from him for two years.
I primarily buy USA but many of them don't carry the true classics.

Hell yeah, I'll most definitely placing an order with them knowing they're legit now. Thanks Morgwar :hump:

Well fellas, here are a few updated flicks. Enjoy! :weed:

Hey Blueylol have you ever used this? Does anyone ever used this? Sounds too good to be true. Producing fem endless seeds?????!!!!

I haven't used that one but one like it.
There are quite a few products out there that will accomplish just that.
No joke simple and easy.

BTW. those girls are getting frosty, looking good!

Thanks brother man! I may just have to buy myself a bottle now, let the fem seeds come! The 3x semi flowered low branches I had placed in a bottle of water are still alive and I can see lightly little white bumps forming. Definitely not a STD but roots! :weed:

Day 43 since flip:) thought id take couple pics at lights out

What's up fellas! So I took a few snaps when I woke up for work this morning right before the light came on. They're looking oh so yummy. I just ordered a new eye loop as my old one, including my 4 plants and other accessories were all stolen by my ex landlord. D*&^%^#B@6

Well Enjoy! :weed:

Whatup Bully! Mine were "officially" 8 weeks as of yesterday but I checked the trichomes with my new eye loop (thanks Amazon Prime!) and notice about half of the plant were all still clear as a glass slipper. Hoping next Saturday it'll be ready? We shall see!

Man, those look amazingly good. The frost will make you drool! :weed:

Here's a few updated pictures!!! Enjoy!!!

Those are some frosty girls! Looks like a good harvest.

Thank You brother man! I just wish the colas were bigger but it is what it is. Not sure if I could've done something to produce bigger buds? I've began feeding her molasses since 3 three weeks ago but i haven't really notice any changes beside the buds being frostier than ever. Is it the lighting I should consider changing? The gal has more than enough room to grow in a 15 gallon fabric pot.

If you or anyone has ideas to produce bigger bud, please let me know so I may try it. I wanted to first buy a 315w CMH but the LED was chosen due to many reasons. Definitely need to slam the next gal with many soil amendments. Maybe that's why?

I cant see your grow journal to find out what wattage or light you're using but I'd start there. Keep in mind ak47 is a huge yielder but in my experience it was weight more than size. My buds were dense and heavy compared to larger fluffier strains.
I'm also seeing a slight copper coloured burn on the leaves which may be a phosphorus/magnesium deficiency, as opposed to yellowing which is normal nitrogen deficiency during flower.
Don't get too upset though, these issues are minor in your grow, and it looks like a good haul to be sure!
Next run be sure to stay at or below the recommended nute schedule.

Whatup Morgwar, I'm currently running a Niello 600w LED https://www.amazon.com/Niello-600W-Spectrum-Hydroponics-Greenhouse/dp/B06Y32VV2H

I recall reading somewhere that "although it's a _ _ _w LED, it does not mean the light is equivalent to a _ _ _w HPS. Always divide the displayed wattage by two and you'll have a better idea how strong the LED is. The full spectrum is where LED's shine through." I don't know how true that is but I did some reading and tried to retain as much knowledge to regards of PAR but holy sh1t. I'll need to re-read again to fully understand. If only they had a PAR dumbed-down version :dunce:

Yes, I got it off Amazon Prime  I feel as if I went with the CMH, it would've been possibly better for tighter, denser buds? Funny you stated that; the buds do seem dense but definitely could bez alot better but we'll see when her day comes and I can do a final evaluation.

I was assuming it was a Phosphorus Def but couldn't correct it??!! I was stressing so much, there were many nights I googled how to fix that problem quick but I still couldn't correct it. I had been using GH dry form Maxigrow, Maxibloom, Humboldts Secret Golden Tree, Azomite Rock Dust, Kelp and Molasses. Thank you for the wise words Morg! Definitely will be cautious when I nute the S.T.D :weed:

Updateeeee on my babies! Enjoy!
