32 Gal Trash Can Outdoor Grow?

Hello,
I have 3 plants that I will be growing outside. One Jack Herrer and a Dutch, both will be mother plants. Also bringing a white widow outside to test, and will be placing the clones *roughly 8/9 inches tall* and transplanting them into 32 gal trash cans i got from homedepot, and will cut holes at bottom for drain, will this work? Comments and advice appreciated!
Using organic soil, Miracle Grow. Anything else i should add?

yes and they will grow very tall if light permits they wont get very wide though. Pretty much whatever room the root system has to grow the top half of the plant will mimic if that makes sense.

First things first get rid of miracle grow.
Invest into Earth juice grow & bloom. Trust me you will thank me. all organic and dont need to flush as much as u would at the final stages.

Not the nutrients, I got MiracleGrow brand Organic Potting Soil. Nutrients wise i'm using SensiGrow A and B, B-52, Voodoo Juice, Tarantula and Piranha at little less than 500 ppms, and 6.8 ph.
How often should i water?

Yes if you go with the trash can definitely put holes in the bottom if you dont the water you put in there will sit and stagnate and will suffocate the roots at the bottom

once their established water untill u start to see run off that way you know the whole bucket is saturated and use a light airy soil too.

Cared for properly, you can expect at least a six foot plant producing 200+ grams.

Unless you live in a cool climate, consider painting one full side of the pot white, and face that side to the Southwest.

This plan allows early warming of the pot, while reducing excessive heating in the afternoon.

Also, put a thick mulch over the soil, avoiding letting the mulch touch the stalk.

Had I seen this earlier, before you bought the trash cans, I'd have mention this.

Although Cannabis has a "tap root" it penetrates the soil deeply, only when water is unavailable from the surface for extended periods.

What pot loves is a larger area to spread out in.

The perfect container for outdoor growing is one foot deep with as much surface area as 32 gallons of soil will cover.(About 4.5 square feet)

I think a large "tote" with holes in the bottom would be ideal.

Also, the lower the pot, the shorter the plant.

I'll try this thank you. Any type of mulch? I hope these just to be big mama plants that I can take some nice clippings from and clone the dank outa em. I just added two new friends to my daycare center.

I would just run it as a normal bubbleponic system, If you can start in a smaller bucket so your not wasting all those nutes on the change. Ive never pictures but heard of people doing it. as long as it wasnt to windy it work act the same. Just put a net pot in the lid and four air stones.
