confused noob

Hey guys I have a small block of rockwool with a seed that has sprouted.Now I had it in a plastic cup with plastic wrap over it kinda like a humidity dome.Then some dude told me to take it out of the cup to air-and so I did and now its all drying up.What do I do?thanks

If that dude isnt already growing a bunch of dank tell him you appreciate his opinion but he has all the power to grow for himself.

It sounds like the seedling is dried out, thats not good may be dead by now. But screw the humidity dome, dont over water that cube that can cause problems too and just spray her with a little water every now and then too keep her moist.

What kind of light are u using its not too close is it that will cause her to dry out too.

If the seedling isntt dead you need to re wet it with a spray bottle of distilled or PH Water... After Germination I leave mine in the dome with a heating mat for 2-3 weeks I also spray the dome lid with water at least twice a day.

You don't have any fungus or damp off disease problems? I've never kept my seedlings under a dome, only cuttings. A seedling can take all the water it needs right from the roots.

Nope I use rapid rooter plugs they dont attract algae as much as rockwool. I change the water out too I just dont leave it there to get all stinky ..

I use plugs also but no domes, definitely just give her a good misting hopefully she pulls through let us know.
