I love my weed but I breed daylilies. There are 1000's and 1000's of named Hemerocallis and I'm close to getting my own named but need at least one more season.

The first rule of breeding is to have a goal. Whether it be a double Red Daylily that maxes out @ 26 inches and is an evergreen or anything else there should be a goal. I'm just curious what you breeders are up to. What is your goal for your breeding projects.
Years ago (like 25) I was crossing Skunk#1 with Northern Lights and Swazi with Hash plant but I had no goal. Sure worked out great anyway but WTF. With as many strains floating around as there currently are I was just curious what improvement you could be looking for.
Rock on Buds and I hope someone is getting close to where they want to be with their project.
