Day 56 Harvest; Xena!

I found mostly milky, with some amber spots.
I feel I got her at an almost perfect time.
I left one fatty, and trimmed it neatly.
The rest of it was seperated into seperate nugs, and has a small layer of leaves, and then some buzzcut buds that got clipped off during trimming.
The harvest was great, my room smells dank as fuck, and even this early bud that didn't finish drying is getting me baked.
I can't wait to smoke the 4-week proper cure stuff.
It's been a great ride.
Xena was given to me by a good friend on the Fourth of July.
She vegged out for about 58 days, and flowered for 56.
It's been a great ride, with some strong genetics.
I'm so fuckin' stoned right now it's hard to think.
And I've only had a couple hits off a tiny nug of semi wet bud.
Fresh weed is like fresh vegetables, nothing better.
Overall the technique, inspired by SimonD!, worked wonders for this single plant grow.
However, on the insides of the colas I noticed undeveloped sides of nugs.
This is a combo of bud density, and the CFL's I used.
Hopefully, next grow will be a 400w MH, and If I grow a plant this large again,
the bud count will go up from 5 to 20.
So many lessons learned this grow, that's what it's all about right guys?
Keep your colas growing vertical, or they'll have all their leaves on one side.
The goal is an ounce, we'll see if we made it.
I didn't weigh wet, I'll weigh dry, that's when it matters anyways.

Bananas began to appear on day 49, I chopped on day 56.
Even if they pollinated, nothing formed.
I still haven't split buds up, but I'm really not expecting seeds.
It's cool, I'll be looking at a nug, and see some bananas on it, it's just strange smoking male flowers, y'know?
I took 3 clones, they are the bushiest fattest clones I've ever seen.
The best one becomes my new mother, and the others become some good food.
I'm flowering one clone right now, single cola in a 20oz soda bottle.
No goal. I'm expecting like 6g or something, haha.
It's more of a joke until I move, and get to use a 400w MH.

I got to weigh in the buds..
I only got around 25g...
Not quit that one ounce goal..
But damn close! And by FAR the best grow I've had.
This stuff is all primo too, the frostiest stuff I've ever, ever layed eyes on. I didn't realize how frosty top nugs could get.
Can't wait to unleash this pheno under a 400w.

I should make it it's own thread, but I'll throw some up here whenever I can.
I got a few shots, just need to charge batteries before I can pull them onto comp.
They should be ready, but it's really nothing much to see.
She's on like day 3, and I can see the growth tip 'bulging'.
Waiting for hairs to pop out.

I guess I'll just update her here.
Once I move out this thread will be toast.
Glad to have you all here, I honestly forgot how strong the genetics were already until flowering this little unhealthy clone.
Even after lower leaf deficiency, and upper leaf bear clawing (over-fert? at the same time as underfert?)
The bud keeps getting fatter and fatter.
I owe you guys an update, and my camera is charging.
Today is day.. 17 I believe.

I removed several lower leaves today, as they were yellow and no longer photosynthesizing.
No need to have a plant hydrating useless solar panels.
He's hungry.
I cut more drainage in the bottom today, and flushed her with Micro Nutrient water.
Hoping to remove salts and calm down the bear claws, while keeping her lower leaves around.
I didn't notice any pink hairs today, they were a quite low % on the last plant.
Pre-Flowers are already fat and covered in Trichomes, always a good sign.

Oh I ruined it.. I shouldn't have gone back and looked at this..

She had 10 weeks Veg though, and almost tripple the wattage.
