i have been kicking this idea around for a minute now. the only drawbacks i see would be from the feds. it would have to be setup in such a way that each unit was separate. this could lead to a system in the futureNow that is the exact idea I gave to some investors I know who had rights to open a dispensary. After that got pushed back I told them to do exactly what you said. It eliminates all problems legally as well because everything would be centrally located which means the government could always monitor. Not a bad gig for the patients that would prefer to grow their own.
It's all about trust. As long as you can fully trust someone then you shouldn't have a problem. But like I said before people start to see only green and I'm not talking about buds. People have the assumption that they know what they are getting into but once that money starts pouring in people lose track of the initial goal; helping people! At least in my experience that is what I have noticed. It's a shame but money changes people.
its only a matter of time before people start feeling they should at least be able to make enough to feed their family, and then make their mortgage payment, and then get that new car you have been needing, etc. it would take a lot of work to run an operation like that. its much easier said than done and i know if i am spending most of time doing something i need to make money as well.
