The Govt. doesn't seem to care about filing when someone is owed a refund, weird.

I would like to hear from people who had life saving operations denied coverage, or being refused coverage because of pre-existing conditions. Obamacare changes that practice, that insurance companies have to provide coverage for at least the ones with pre-exiting condition. That is one really fucked up thing, seeing as most countries do not allow that to happen. That is my biggest problem that I have with the medical insurance situation in this country. They refuse coverage for any reason at all, and you are left on your own to die if you don't have the cash. What kind of shit is that, that if you are denied coverage for one reason or another, you simply die if you don't have the money.You can read about it happening every day, people simply begging for money to keep a loved one alive, or themselves. The most expensive medical care in the world and the worst if you don't have the insurance or money to cover it. Nice place to live, right? Then you have people defending it. All I can say is that I hope you don't get sick, because if you do, you can bet the insurance companies would rather you die, than to pay out.

If you are a drug abuser or alcoholic you are not eligible for a transplant. You have to be clean for at least 2 years before they even put you on the list. That is as long as you aren't Mickey Mantle.
