These are scary numbers for a race which makes up 14% of the population. Obama, if given a chance to declare his race, he would say he is black. This is acknowledging the fact that his father(African) was there to raise his child less than 0.1% of the time. His father was a drunk and an intelligent man who died at a young age, likely due to alcohol abuse. His mother(Caucasian) and grandparents(Caucasian) were there to raise him 99% of the time and they were from a good and working class family. I believe Obama is not trying to represent the working and middle class who built this country, he wants to represent the top 1% and the bottom 20%, these people are unaffected by raising health care costs. why would he do this? There is no profit if people are healthy. That's why doctors put people on meds for stuff that could be fixed with diet and exercise.

It's not a doctor's job to make sure you eat a proper diet not laden with too much cholesterol, sugar, and natural flavors. People have choices to eat properly and exercise, or go on meds. I used to be a fat ass meat eating slob who was 215 lb with a 250 cholesterol. Now I'm under 180 lb and under 190 cholesterol, eating whatever the hell I want.

No. The only thing I miss is chicken. But I don't miss the gastrointestinal cramps I got every time I ate it. I also hate I can't just order a pizza. It doesn't really matter, I can make my own in about as long as it takes for one delivered. Most of the time I also have to bring my own food, which most people comment on smells better than their food. I used to be a gourmet chef, but who wants to eat my crap?

Tonight I made a pizza with romesco sauce and chreese. The key to a good pizza dough is a one minute mix and a two minute knead. You then let it sit about three days in the fridge to do a cold rise.

Nope. I make my own cheese (chreese) using nuts and nutritional yeast with a starch to thicken it. For eggs I use: tofu if it needs to look like an egg, chia seeds for baking and black (sulfur) salt for the eggy taste.

There are reasons it is cheaper in other parts of the world including rationing, long waiting lines, sub-par care, poorly trained doctors, etc. You get what you pay for.

The problem in this country is nobody directly pays for their healthcare so they dont give a shit what it costs...

We need torte reform and direct payments to doctors for routine things with catastrophic care insurance available at greatly reduced costs due to it actually being catastrophic and not a kitchen sink policy.

Obamacare is a forced redistribution of wealth from the middle class to the poor. The rich wont have to worry, congress has already gotten an exemption along with anybody who can afford lobbiests... The very people you hope get screwed are the people that stand to gain the most from this. You are now REQUIRED BY LAW to purchase healthcare insurance from a private company. Do you think that is going to make them richer or poorer?
