This thread is suppose to be about being 'busted' and the repercussions and defense and etc... not about why people in New Zealand and elsewhere hate Americans. Start your own thread for that or go to a chat room and voice your opinions. Some of us, and I probably speak for the majority of us like to come here and read and learn and discuss herbs. I assume that is what brought you to this site anyways.

are you fuckin retarded? I can name just one actual conflict, where we killed more people than that. It was called vietnam, then we killed about half a million africans just in transit from africa to here. Weve killed millions in South America. Weve propped up dictators who despise freedom, in the name of freedom, and given them guns and weapons to hold their people hostage. Weve ruined economies to attain regime changes, people loose jobs and starve and then as a result MILLIONS DIE. How the fuck are we far from that.

Cops are trained to lie if the ends justifies the means; it's what they do. American police are not defenders of the public, they are enforcers of the law (as long as that same law doesn't apply to them of course).

good luck on this one because first off, landlords do not have to give advance notice before entering property. if it were an emergency situation in which a leak in your apartment was causing damage in another unit, no advance notice would be needed. in an emergency, no advance warning is needed when you do not own the home in which you live.
second, just because the police didn't show the warrant doesn't mean they didn't have one.
third, cops can, will, and do get warrants on hearsay all the time. it's called a confidential informant, which will be listed right on the warrant. in any case, a landlord with pictures of a tenant's grow up is sufficient evidence to get a warrant.
finally, from your description, it sounds as though the landlord knew exactly where your grow op was. now why might that be? sounds like she had some suspicion or prior knowledge of the operation before she entered the apartment.
sounds to me like you need to pay the $100 fine and take this as a warning. i would move as soon as possible because you're obviously not safe growing there any more. furthermore, next time around i would be a little bit more careful about divulging information about my op if i were you. loose lips sink ships as they say.
drug laws in this country are archaic and are set up fundamentally against violators. it doesn't matter if this protocol or that protocol was or was not violated. regardless of what people think, the justice system can do whatever it wants to whoever it wants, at any time. nobody is safe in america.

In a public place you can video but audio usually a ? I would point to all those NBC hidden camera investigations..a & v...in a home (of tenent) the land lord has no expectation of privicey so audio & video is OK
Unless emergency I'd say the no warrant problem would apply to a home OWNER..a tenent ?? for me w/o emerg. I'd think a warrant could have been waited for and the cops lock down the site.. May be a state to state thing.

We actually have 50 different states here in America each one with different laws regarding marijuana. It's legal here in Oregon if you have a prescription. 6 mature plants and 18 plants under 12". 1.5 Lbs. of dried material. I can take classes on how to take cuttings and they give out free cuttings at the class. That's how I got my Blueberry, AK47 and Snowbud. I can call them up and request different strains and they will find it for me if possible. Oregon is a really cool place to live.
The police around here are cool. Just normal people like you and me. Except these guys would risk their lives to save yours. I know it's not the same everywhere though.
