Oh and justugh, I had a few new ideas.
The ventilation: making greenhouse sealed as possible I will run ducting with fan attached to the outside underground to the inside, then the sanething for the output. BUT. The output duct will actually be ran to the intake of the room, then the output of the room will be lead back to the outside on the other side ofbthe greenhouse wall that the output duct went in. So it'll look like two short ducts ran underground for a air barrier for the greenhouse but underground its a lot longer
Dogs: what about grinding up a qp to dust, then sprinkling it all over the surrounding woods floor? That would make the dog alert everywhere right? Of course not done around the greenhouse, illl still do the dog repell products for that.

Sweet sounds good. I'm going to have 3/4 plywood over a 2x6 frame (ran across the shorter side every 2ft. Should that and the xheckered rebarb be enough to support?
May also add a few steel bars for extra support, and as for the rebarb I'm gunna pour half the roofs concrete, let it get sorta hard like mushy, then lay the rebarb, then fill in the other half so there right in the middle!

heres a pic of the last house i did,3 years on that one,pretty much from ground up,where u see the rock walls,was done with ecoblock then covered in stone,also the bottom level all 4 walls were ecoblock,the bridge is 60 feet over the ground throgh the woods below the house,my crew did all the custom stuff,there was 2 other contractors who helped part of the build.
Holy shit man come build me a luxury 5 story grow room!
I'd love to get a spot like that someday. How mucb did it sell for again?

well i was thinking about that ducting and piping
what if u made a wood frame with some 4x4s then u could coat it with Sucko (looks like concrete) but if something ever hasppends u can crack it open and fix it (with it being just sucko the repair is less then 1 hour of work )

i thought about that for u .........if u run 2 4inch pipes tho the ceiling of the grow room into the green room ..............u incase that in wood so looks like a table leg......on the back side (part no one sees) u slot /dirll holes in the wood allows the air to pss into the green house .........in the green house with the jasmine and peppers your smell is contained mixed with the jasmine and chilli and then ejected out a higher venting point
as for the grinding up the weed HUGE BAD IDEA ................if the dogs hit that gives the cops the right to cover everywhere with the dogs (they have probable cuase no warrent is needed) u see this every day with traffic stops guy gets pulled over the dogs go around they bark or sit then the cops have that person sit on side of the road from hour to 2 hours while they tare the car apart ....................we all know the rules on jeans as guys and well mine has resin on them so i never ride dirty (pass it off to buddy meets me at the place) the cops always hit on me and they spend 45 mins to 2 hours stripping my car apart looking in everything taken out the back seat the air filter ......................cop comes up to me at the end and goes i never seen a dog hit like that and us not find something what do u do bath in the stuff ............piss him off i said no they just blow smoke in the jacket as u pull me over 3 lbs just drove by u ..............called decoy profiling backfires on your ass have a good day
if u have no aminals or pets dog repellent the green house ............20 feet all the way around it (make the venting up high (the return to outside air) ........when wind blows on the ground at 6 miles a hour 20 feet up it is blowing at 16 miles a hour ...................2 parts it gets rid of the small faster and since it is high up the odds of water particals trapping the smell for the dogs to pick up is reduced even more .................and with the area around the greenhouse treated to repel them (and other animals this is the excuse u treated to keep out mice rats and all those other things that likes to use man made things for winter nesting)
(just fun info your visble range on land is 12.5 miles for every 10 feet u go up that ranged increases by 1 mile..............air speed is double that if the ground speed of the air is 4 miles a ahour move up 20 feet and that is 14 miles a hour a 10 mile increase per 20 feet off the ground )and becuase this freaks me out ............goats have square eyeballs the only animal on the planet square freaky

this is going to make heat ..............with the return into the greenhouse it will help heat that
the only part i have any worry about wit u is the electrical pannels ...............to cover yourself they need to be done correctly (after all this is done built u have tables in and before u start growing anything u get a instecptor to look at it and sign off it is ok ....................this will then cover insurance things (u are not showing the underground thing just the greenhouse).............u need to double check your policy to see what if anything voids coverages or refusal to pay ...................this is just sheer ass covering but important
as for protection of investment and burning if u are introuble

why go so deep? there's going to be an intake and exhaust, so smell is going to be smelled (unless carbon filtered)
and also to protect from flir, I believe you can buy an insulation material that hides your thermal footprint
to add onto the kill all plants idea ive heard of people using nitrogen to freeze the plants, they just shatter at that point

the Ir is covered with the fact the whole thing is a gaint green house it will have heat coming off that ..............he is making a huge underground grow room with a greenouse on the top of it ................he wants to have a steady supply plus some room to play around
the air venting in the green house mixed with jasmine flowers and chilli peppers will hide fact of the dogs detecting it (jasmine over powers weed and chill pepper capsason messes with dogs noses)

the house was owned by dennis bolze,whos now in prison,the buget was 5 mil on this house,after it got repoed from him by the banks,i believe it sold for right at 2 million,at action,its worth twice that easy,its not like most houses,there is trees inside it,one of them being about 60 foot tall,with spiral staircase going around it from bottom floor to top floor,also has a elevator,tons of cool custom work inside and out,which i did most of myself,you can google his name if youd like to see more pics of the house,i have a couple 1000 here somewhere,i documented the whole build pretty much,very cool house!

Have you considered venting the area around the room? If you leave a little space around your room you can circulate warm dry air eliminating most of the moisture issue. Using treated lumber will also give you longevity. Another approach would be to use a spray foam insulation, this way it gets into every crack and crevis, sealing everything almost 100% With a sump pump you want to place it in the lowest spot in your basement. This will most likely be your new hole. Question...How high does your water table go in the spring? Here for a couple of months the water table is less then 3 feet under my basement floor, this may affect you depending on where you live. All an all it sounds intriguing to say the least. Have you thought about using a sea container buried? They come in a variety of sizes, are sealed, and are pretty cheap, $1200-5000. Its pretty hard to build a room for that much. Something to think about anyways...Good Luck. JAS

a idea crossed my head u know about those themeral tanks outside that heat water using the sun and then they pipe it tho the flooring in a house to warm it ..............something like that would complete negate Flair/IR system
as for the venting ..................u house hold venting (the metal ones from the stores ) they pout them bhide the walls in the houses ( u can wrap them up in plastic ) set then in the wall and then pour the concrete over that just make sure they tied down to the rebar and u use a viberation thing to help get the concrete to work into all the nooks and air holes
