thanks for the inputs everyone, I think it happened during drying ... my drying room is VERY dry, my buds usually dry too quickly. So to counter this problem I use grocery paper bags to redistribute the moisture only 2 days after harvesting. I have had issues with big colas before harvest...

Thanks buddy, However I have a bad news... I didnt trust the Agent Chemo big bud because of the stem, it looked like the start of bud rot. it went in the garbage. It was really just starting, I am not sure it was on the buds. That is really frustrating but my night RH are slightly above 50%...
