I am running a HPS and my temps usually hit 34C with my fans off. With my fans on I can get my room down to 32C. I know it is hot so I was thinking of running a cmh and hopefully bringing down my temps. What is the wattage of your cmh? what are you using for cooling? what is your temps in your room?

Hey man Your the perfect person i want to speak too. Does the Cmh bulb run cooler then an hps and by how much? Also are the buds tight and how is the yields from it?

About drowning your plant...if unable to pull roots up, would it be ok to just place the stalk in a bucket of water?

Fermentation requires some kinda' moisture right? And some amount of heat. I mean our alcohol we drink is fermented in a solution.

What I think you got there is really nifty. It's a great idea! That's the first fermentation machine I have ever read about or even heard of. Sounds like it could be marketable. Better get a patent on it before one of these jokers does it before you.

Getting ready to cut down a couple of plants...had the misfortune to removing pretty much all the fan leaves, but most of the suger leaves are still intact. I thought it would be easier for me in the long run...but after reading some of your material, that was a no no. I guess for me to try and slow dry it I would need to hang the whole plant so that it will dry slower.

Question...do you hang the whole plant or do you only hang the buds when drying?

inbox full but....it appears to have drank a whole lot and now the water level isnt getting any lower...u think the process could have started already?..there isnt really a visual difference in the plant other than what it usually does wen no light...also the smell has gone away and itsnt as strong as it used to be but it looks as though the buds look stickier and like the trichs are standing alot taller...

If I still cut the cola and just waited till the weather gets to cold and then harvest, will the plant make it as long as I keep it healthy?
