If worst comes to worst then yes you can use them, but you will need a load of them. Have a look at the kelvin of the bulbs, if possible try to get a mix of 6500k and 2700k bulbs, if not just use the 2700k ones. If you just want to build your own simple light i would suggest getting a couple of cob led chips and wire them up yourself. They only cost a few pounds / dollars each, attach them to a heat sink and maybe a fan and then you will be ready to go..... or just get a little $100 mars hydro led light
