Even with the tiny size of my plants I could only put 2 in there so they would get the full light, so even though I could get 4 or 5 ready in a veg cab, I wouldn't have anywhere to put them. This way I can fit 1 of everything inside and they all get the right level of light they need.
I guess if I changed the pots and the location of the main light I may squeeze 3 in there but it isn't really something that has appealed to me. Just my take though. There's a few guys with 2 rigs and I'm glued to their threads to see what they come up with.

ok thank you very much as soon as i get the rest of my supplies and construct the case i will upload pics and start a grow journal!!! Hey one more thing about the whole perpetual system do you think it would be wise to make a case with 65k lights for VEGing and a case with 27k Lights for flower so i can have plants vegging and ready to go so when my other plant is done flowering i could just switch them?

ok thanx and one mroe thing my case is about 17 inch high 17 inch deep and 5-6 inches wide is that good? and how much can you yield off one plant in the case? also i was thinking of just buying 2 6500k CFL's for the lighting. Sorry so many questions just want to make sure im buying right stuff before i go out and buy this stuff dont want to waste my money =0. also if i just have one plant do you think it will smell if there is no odor control? if it will what do you sugjest i do to get rid of the smell? thank you so much for your help =]

Hey Counterstriker. Really glad you liked the design. The fans run off one of those adjustable psu's that can be set anywhere between 3 and 12v. I got it from Maplins in UK which is the same as Radio Shack in the US. I stuck a molex connector on the end and run it to a fan splitter I got from the same place. If you are in UK and want a similar system then let me know and I can dig out the item numbers for you.

my opinion is that red is either best used in later weeks of flowering, can cause stretching when used on own, blue to me means tighter buds and smaller stocky plant. red to get really sticky resin.just an opinion though, used them for a while.

2x 200 watt 6400k lights and 1x 200 watt 2700k. maybe im imagining it but i reckon they have more hairs than i have ever seen on any of my plants, they are only 4 weeks flowering so far.
