The site sure picked a good time to start working, just got my Area-51s yesterday. I ordered 4 of the RW-75s to go into my 3x3 hydrohut which is really 42x42.

I will be running 5 different feminized Nirvana strains, 3 Master Kush, 3 Blue Mystic, 3 Raspberry Cough, 1 White Widow, 2 White Rhino. Started 16 beans but 2 didnt sprout and 2 just stalled out after popping. Still waiting for one stalled out but its going on 1 week with lil to no growth, it just doesnt look dead so I dont have the heart to chuck it.

They are still in the rapid rooters but I will be transplanting them into their final containers when I get home from work tonight, it will be 2 gal. pots with roots as the medium and Canna tera as the nutes. Will be growing them 12/12 from seed, essentially since after tonight will only be 12 hours of light for them. I do not have any pics yet since it is still in the slow part of the grow but shit should get popping off soon, will have a pic after the transplant.

75s only good for finishing one plant each, and probably won't cover mre than 8 x 2 gal pots

Probably end up with only 9 plants once they fill in a lil more and have room in my other tent but you gotta remember pet they will only be 12/12 so they wont get huge, once i put up pics I think you will change your tune lol. They fit in their so well and i did nkne plants in 5 gals. squeezed in there my first grow in this tent so 9-13 will work great if I have to.

Took a little longer than expected but only because I have been busy with work, pretty demanding right now will slow down soon. The runt never came along so I pulled the plug. Got all the lights with the whites on only, no sense in running the reds till they start showing buds. The Blue Mystic and Master Kush are looking nice, the Raspberry Cough is the baby of the bunch and White Rhino and Widow are holding their own, although the widow appears to have nute burn on the tips, not sure what that is about.
So here is a pic of them before the transplant under the 220w R/B LED panel I germed them under.

Also here is a pic of the runt up close, can kinda see it in that pic

Now for a pic of them in their new home! They look so happy in there, gonna give em a couple days then hit em with a light light dose of nutes to kick things off.

Think the lights were messing with my camera on my phone on that last one and that is why I got the lines.
So thats all for now folks thanks for stopping by and hope it gets more interesting soon!

Thanks for joining hyroot, just realized I could like your post again. What do you make of the new twitter like interface? Personally as a non med/legal grower it creeps me out to think I have "followers" lol. That good weed will get ya paranoid sometimes tho.:bigjoint:

Looks nice in there, is that just the white leds on? On another note I grew the blue mystic a while back it was awesome...nice colors and smelled verrry good. I dropped it because the phenotype I got was very leafy and was a bitch to trim but yielded nice. Good luck Ill be subbed

Yup just the whites, will flip the reds on in a few weeks, those CWs are really easy on the eyes, kinda makes it seem less bright than they are but its just cus my cones and rods are used to getting raped by reds and blues lol.

Hahaha, I used to own the sgs 160s and with just the whites on it was very nice on the eyes. Not that turning on the reds made it any worse but made pics harder to take.

@Natro some of the site I like more and some I don't. Followers are like friends I guess. That don't need your permission fo stalk you lol. I've never been on twitter. It seems similar to instagram except for you can type messages. Also instagram is compatible with windows phones (uploading pics) and riu is not.

little overdue for an update on this thread. should have done it like 3 days ago before I got neem oil on some of the leaves when I was doing a neem drench. Had to do the drench because it looks like the bag of roots I used had some gnats in it, they do no harm to the plant as far as I can tell but they annoy the hell out of me. Some oil was on the lid of the cup and got on the leaves of 4 plants, bout one of each strain. Other than that they are happy and loving life, but that neem oil on their leaves pissed some off even though it was right before lights out anyways so I did not think it would be a biggie. Gonna split the pics up into 2 posts since I took an individual shot of each plant to show growth since this thread is meant to show what these lights can do and not how much I can mess a plant up with neem oil....
Group shot, included the last one for a comparison

The 2 White Rhino's (the first is the sorriest looking of the bunch from the neem incident the will bounce back)

The White widow that is looking Indica dom if I do say so myself
2014-04-23 16.55.38.jpg
The Raspberry Cough (think this was the only strain unharmed)

Part 2 of the update to allow for the individual pics
The Master Kush (the first plant likes to do weird shit with its leaves, no other plant in the tent does it, its just an oddball)

And last and certainly not least since it is the biggest of the bunch Blue Mystic

Preciate it Psu, auto might have been your problem. So far none of the Nirvana strains I have grown have had good potency so you mix in ruderalis which undisputedly brings down the potency of strains your not gonna have super dank lol. Not saying autos do not have their place, I am gonna try the auto freebie I am getting in my coming Attitude order outside just because I do not think a photo would finish all the way before I would have to take it because of weather.

Never liked autos:).......I just got my Hans panel at the time and my friend accidentally ordered the autoflowering BM version and gave it to me for the test run. They never flowered under 20/4, so it got outta hand under the little panel.....lol

was a fun run though, and not bad #'s IMO for my first led grow.

Got an update for yall, 3 of the plants have shown their pistils, waiting on the rest. Gnats are still kinda there, prob hit them with neem again in a week and be more careful of the leaves this time...:dunce:
On top of the gnats I think I may now have thrips thanks to this recent bag of roots. Idk what else to attribute them to since I have never had this problem till now and have heard roots can come with free bugs sometimes... Chance I took buying it, solid product just take care of the complimentary insects and I will be happy. Don't think they are gnat larvae since they were moving pretty quick, looked liked white specs of dust with legs, kinda mite-like but to tiny to get a pic of, barely saw the lil fuckers but they move so fast that if you concentrate on the soil long enough you will see them. Kinda worried, feel like the first blast of neem should have taken care of these fuckers:finger::wall::finger:, feel free to chime in if you think it is not aphids, or if I should use a different plan of attack.
Here is just a quick pic of the tent today, they all appear to be entering the pre-bud stretch.

Dunno if it was suggested already but you can stop gnats by just putting an inch of sand over the medium, Ive also read pulling a stocking/cheese cloth over the medium so the adults can't lay the eggs there.

I got gnats and did the sand thing and they were gone within 2-3 days.

Looks good in there dude, Im subbed up

Will grab some of that roots castings I saw recently at the shop, they need a top dress to fill in the pots now that soil has settled anyway, thanks for the suggestion guys. Top dressing was in my thoughts, but was more thinking like this stuff called gnat nix, basically ground up glass, man made DE essentialy. Glad to have ya along drin king
