4x16 led room

i am building a 4x12 led room it will be separated into 4 4x4 chambers I have 8 cree cxa 3070 and 3 vero 29s the vero 29s are being ran by a meanwell 185 c1400b driver on a 16 inch heatsink active cooled I plan on having the 8 cree cxa 3070s mounted on 2 36 inch heatsinks I am not sure on driver selection tho can I use the meanwell 185 c1400 to power the cree leds I want to use all 8 of them but I am not sure how many cxa 3070s the meanwell 1400s will support.
