Do you use ladybugs?
I've heard ladybugs are great if you have a well regulated and sealed environment. I personally, haven't used them, and my grow room isn't sealed.
I've only had to deal with spidermites three times in seven years. The first was really late in flower, and I just chopped them a little early and hung the entire plant upside down, those little buggers hated that lol, after I pulled all of the fan leaves they just huddled up at the very top of the stem leaving everything else alone, so weird.. the next two times I caught them early, and switching up foliar sprays between garlic, neem oil, and ground up red pepper in varying combinations, they were gone in about a week once the plants became heathy enough to fend then off on they're own.
