That city counsel decision is obscene in every way. They are setting up a very limited system that will raise the price of bud retail, lower the whole sale value for vendors, and it creates a system where it will be nearly impossible for clubs to be legal.

And how about this gem:

Monetary contributions shall be made by personal check, cashier’s check or
credit card
That's insane. Not even going to let the clubs take cash? That's not the kind of purchase people want a paper record of.

San Jose dispensaries closures ultimatly punishes patients that cannot grow their own medicine, remove THE VERY NEEDED TAX REVENUE to the city and creates a black market economy which will end up leading to many MMJ users in sketchy street deals and possible incarcerations with authorities doing so.

I'd would like to know the names of the city council members that are moving this agenda forward so that we can insure they do let their ignorant/misguided policies be furthered along with their political careers in our community.

WHO THE HELL IS WITH ME?!
