Who do you think I am? I am an ultra conservative, not a democrat. Everything you have said to personally attack me makes you look foolish. I am known in the political forums for my conservative ways, that probably the big reason I hate Rudy. You didn't answer any of the questions I asked you and yet you question my intelligence. The president has to deal with OPEC and how our policies affect their nations. We don't produce enough oil to be self suficiant. We need to import their oil to support our business and economy(for now). With absolutley no background I could never envision supprting this drag queen
Rudy Giuliani in Drag Kissing Donald Trump
I did my research. The biggest sole power of NYC mayor is appointing deputy mayors, everything else is still voted on by smaller representation ie. the New York City Council.
Your not a conservative. Maybe an ultra-conservative, but ultra means, in layman's terms, wacko. So what do I know? You "hate" Rudy so anything you say concerning him should be disregarded by an open minded individual. And. The President has do deal with the Secretary of State, who deals with OPEC. Keep researching. Anyway, we make suggestions and OPEC ignores them. Thats how it should be. Why should oil producing countries bow to the demands of the President of the USA? Wouldn't this be an overreaching of power? Wouldn't the President be condemned for this violation of free trade? Get a clue. And. If you were a conservative, instead of ultra, you would know we should be drilling for our own oil first and foremost, to alleviate foreign dependence. We are a great nation rich in natural resources, but we allow libs and commies to dictate our energy policies. With this set of circumstances in play, the dependence will always grow. A fact of economics. The more you tax something, the less you get.
The
Mayor of New York City is the head of the executive branch of the
Government of New York City. The office administers all city services, public property, police and fire protection, most public agencies, and enforces all city and state laws within the city. The Mayor is directly elected by popular vote for a four year term, and is barred from serving more than two consecutive terms.
The budget overseen by the Mayor's office is the largest municipal budget in the
United States. The city government spends about $50 billion a year, employs 250,000 people, spends about $15 billion to educate more than 1.1 million children, levies $27 billion in taxes, and receives $14 billion from federal and state governments.
Gee, that was hard. Pretty impressive if you ask me, hater.
