But I don't understand... if you lose your card, can't your doc still write you a rec? You just can't be in the State program was my understanding.

Seems like you could still use/cultivate... would just be a major hassle proving it if something did happen.

The AzDHS will be shut down... Mark my words mates!

They are controlling something and authoring something that is against the Federal Books! Which the State has NO power to do!

Bill & Tom have a way to get the Program shut down just by that 1 issue!!

The Act is here to stay!

Did you notice the Cards that were revoked were caregivers? Wonder why! Force patients into dispensaries? Who knows? We will see!

I hate reading that cards are being revoked as much as you guys but it seems the caregivers were selling to people without a card. I don't have an issue with that but I get why the cards were revoked. I can see the guy saying "What's the problem, I have my caregiver license." Police: "Is that a fact? Not any more..." Since there are now rules to this game, I will play under them until it's legalized.

you guys are blowing this shit way outta proportion. seems like we are only talking about 12 people. this is the key to this article:
"Health officials have revoked the medical-marijuana cards of two caregivers and are reviewing the histories of 10 others..........
.....Tom Salow, a rules administrator for ADHS, said all those caregivers could soon lose their marijuana cards, too, because they either did not disclose a violent-crime history on their applications or they have violated certain drug laws.

i worked in regulatory agencies. life is easy, if you follow the rules they set up. if you don't follow the rules, to the letter, the gubment will stomp you into the ground.

way too many people are trying to push our medical pot laws into something they aren't. all it does is annoy those in power. never a good idea.

if you want to get busted, break the laws. if you don't want to get busted, don't break the laws. simple eh?
