For sure the heat issue you get with running a 1000 watt hps or two not air cooled ,your now talking too much heat. I started out by smacking off the neighborhood HPS that illuminated some sign. Re-wired bought a new bulb and that started it all. I enjoy the great outdoors for quantity,indoors for quality. This is my current specimen a week or so ago and she was stunted? I flushed it and boom right back! I’ll take a new pic soon to see the growth

It is an Agromax 65 and in your opinion what is that in comparison to an HPS? Like how many of those would be equally as a 1000 watt?

Looks like a quantum board...you go by watt pull at wall...which appears to be 65w ...that's a long way from 1000w....
It'll provide some energy for a small grow but in reality it'll make ya spend more money.
I own and run a 1000w + 400w hps at times and there is no comparison except in heat control. most of the time, I'm running 400-500w of qb/cobs and it's much more productive because of less heat handling which changes distance of lights to plants.

Nice,thanks yeah it did make me spend more money cause I went and got a Mars 1000w and a bestva 1000w. And before the agromax65 I had two b.s Home Depot light smh, that’s what started it all.

I’m sorry I should have said the reason I compared this particular light to a 1000 watt HPS is because the guy at my local grow shop bamboozeled me and said three of these equal a 1000 HPS

the crazy part is my boy bought a 1000 HPS the same day! I was trying to get into LEDs and after Home Depot shit that was my first step? Lol I learned a lot though.
