oakland organics. try the platinum OG or purple Mr Nice.

I'd assume Medicann in Santa Rosa will be the same since they are the same company who owns Oakland Organics and all of the clones in the Oakland store come from Medicann in Santa Rosa.

sorry,you mean organicann? right?

Hey kone you ever run the purple ak-47?
I have not. The only AK I've run was an AK x e32 trainwreck cross from up in Humboldt. Was totally AK dom. Very bad ass. One of the hardest hitting strains I've ever grown.

Never done pure ak or purple AK though.

I got some cutz from harborside and treated with neem and cns17, after 2 weeks... WHITE MOTHER FUCKING FLIES!!!! I'm fucking done with all these fucking weak azz clubs. I'm just a recreational grower, no time for BS. Anyways, lucky for me my boy up in Humboldt co has some clean cutz. Just sucks because now i'm a few weeks back. After summer i will be starting from seed and doing my own cutz.

Peace

If you do anything aside from grow all your own genetics from seed, you're going to get bugs every once in a while. Even if you only grow out seeds, you'll probably eventually get bugs.

However I'm starting to hear a lot of bad things about harborside's clones. I met two people who got totally ripped off. Both got clones that were not what they ordered. That is really shitty. That sort of thing is going to happen every once in a while too, but it should be very rare. But it seems like it's happening a lot now. You're probably safe buying clones there from the big named nurseries, but other than that I'd stay away from the rest of harborside's clones until they get their shit together.

Whiteflies can come from anywhere, they probably weren't on the clones when you got them. And they are easy to xtermimate

I would love to hear here how to exterminate these fuckers!! Zero success after neem and cns17 both on indoor and out. With San pablo and blusky no longer in the game, Harborside is getting all the amateur's garbage. Whether mislabeled clones or just straight up lying about about what cutz they are. We can't forget about the BUGS!! I feel like since 09 after everybody and their mother started growing, the bay has lost all my respect, sad because this my home, and until i can start doing my own clones i'm stuck driving up north. Sigh!!

Whiteflies are easily exterminated with just plain old neem oil It's not the spray that's the problem, but likely how you're spraying them. You've got to hit the underside of every leaf.

Despite how crappy the buds were at bluesky, I always found their genetics to be surprisingly impressive. I've got a lot of A+ genetics from them.

Harborside seems to have a flaw in their clone vending at the moment. I have a friend who went in there and claimed to have a certain strain and asked them if they wanted clones. They said yes right off the bat without asking him for any further proof it was what he said it was.

We can't forget about the BUGS!!
Yes we can. That is going to be a problem where ever you get clones. The only reason you are more likely to get bugs from harborside is because they do a larger volume of clone sales, getting their genetics from many sources. Any place that does that high of a volume in clone sales is going to have the same problem.

Clones you get from a dispensary should be dipped (not just sprayed) in some sort of treatment and quarantined. If your grow gets destroyed from a bugs, that's on you, not the guy who sold you the clones. Bug problems can be controlled.

When you say dip them.. Are you talking about in NEEM? If so, what's the ratio you are using? Also any recommendations for seeds? Never ordered before.. I really just grow a couple times a year indoors and then outdoors so never needed a mother. But after all the BS i guess it's time for that, actually long overdue.

I dip in azatrol/azamax, mixing at full strength.

As for seeds, idk, depends what you like.

Thanks for the heads up on the treatment advise. As for the seeds i was just asking "where" i could order, whether it be from online or from a club.
Always appreciate the advise you have to offer bro!! Oh i forgot to ask.. Do you dip the RW as well?

The only place I've ever ordered seeds online was from attitude. But many clubs have seeds too. I like the idea of getting seeds from clubs because a lot of the time you can get something locally bred that not everyone has access to. Of course that also makes it a total crapshoot, but worth it IMO.

No. But I try to get most of the stem.

Harborside has the best overall clone selection in the bay. The only place I give a slight edge to is Organicann in Santa Rosa. I think Organicann has more elite cuttings, of course that could just be my experience.

But the cool thing about harborside is they tweet their daily clone selection.

My experience with organicann has been good and very, very bad. I have picked up a couple of very nice, true to type clones but I have also brought home problems courtesy of Organicann. Several purchases were not even close to what they were suppused to be. I purchased a Nigerian clone that ended up male because the provider didn't even sex them before offering them for sale I found out later. I have brought home aphids, mites and thrips as well. Beware of this place. I don't shop there anymore because it had gotten so bad.

I'll take that over bugs and mislabled cuts
Why would anyone take those? Do you not examine them prior to the trade? Mislabeled is sheer negligence or a just human error either way it doesn't take long for the bad guys to be run out of town by word of mouth in my experience.
