best led for 2x4 -- cobs? brands?

Hello
Im a pretty new grower. Going to be doing no-till in a 4x2 tent with leds hopefully. I don't have the largest budget now (that might change once i grow some herb lol) so im looking for lighting for under 500$. Originally I thought i might do 2 600w chinese lights (like viparspectra, a slightly less sketch brand). I know they arent great but hey i have a budget. Then I stumbled upon diy cobs. This shit gets confusing as I have no electrical or mechanical experience... so if you're going to recommend this link me to a vid or thread SPECIFICALLY about a 4x2 tent or something close... also please have the set up be under 500$

First of all checkout Growmau5 DIY COB video series on youtube, its in his playlist.
4 x 2 = 8 SQ/f youll want 900 PPFD.
I would checout @CobKits and the Citi CLU Series.
Building the light is simple.
If you want some help PM.
Dont buy a chinese light, 1 your not going to get the wattage thats advertised..
Second its not worth the money when you can pickup some Citi CLU COBS and DIy a light that will smoke any chinese light on the market.

Cree CXB3590 3500k, Vero 29C, Citizen whatever-the-fuck (1212, 1818, whatever.) Meanwell drivers. I prefer higher amperages (1.6-2.15 amps.)
