, i have a worse one in the laundry think this door frame need more support could have to start again here

this one has had the no more gap treatment, but no tape

Dude that’s how allot of non union/ residential sheetrockers make a hole, minus the screw, I sware to god. We(union framer/hangers) actually use keyhole saws and routers lol.

nah thats @TerryTeacoasy, i did mine a few years ago, and supposed to be relaxing but fixing old issues now

So yeah i’m wondering how you finished the cement board and where they’re happening? You got me very curious

like i just did a thin layer of plaster all over after jointing it and yeah middle of house not the outer part, concrete foundation

It could definitely be from the metal moving from temp changes for sure.
Wood built houses nowadays with engineered trusses, have what’s called truss uplift and it’s more of a thing the more towards the middle of the house/ middle of the bottom cord of truss. Google it and you’ll get a better explanation but depending on how your roof is framed i can see a similar type of thing happening to you even though you’re steel.

Right on. Chances are it will happen again with just that caulking and paint though. When it happens again try a tape similar to what i showed earlier

I'm working in NH again lately, have to get used to seeing crime again.

You can't even get spray paints and those big markers here at most places because the graffiti is so bad
Doesn't stop it, but it annoys the hobbyists who have to order spray paints from outside the city...

That's not how it sounded. I can call a store and order something. Or I can go online and order it.

We order it. You can get lots of different tips and there's lots of better options compared to krylon.
