One of the best parts of having one of the kids come home to visit is the food. My wife cooks like it's their last meal they'll ever get. Sugar glazed local Virginia ham and buttermilk biscuits will be breakfast for the next few days. I'm going to have to fast to make up for this weekends gluttony but man was it worth it.

So my Octogenarian neighbor has a few plants in her yard that she grew for ‘fun’ (below). She told me to take ‘em when they’re done, so I’ll likely hack this week. It’s got a real savoury, garlic/onion aroma. Not the foggiest what it is, but I like myself a little canna-mystery 
I’ll dry and cure it for shits and giggles. Maybe it’ll be fire, maybe it’ll be garlicky CBD.
